Our wines are famous for their fineness, full bodied, unctuous fresh fruit flavor. The wine is stored for a minimum of two years to maximize its flavor.
This vintage delivers a beautiful gold color with notes of passion fruit, dry apricots and honey. The taste is a delicious combination of crispness and fresh fruit.

As with earlier vintages 1929, 1949, 1959, the 2009 is without a doubt, one of the very best ever produced. The Botritys has spread evenly over the entire harvest. Therefore, a rich gold color has developed, offering an explosion of exotic fruit taste. The taste is a delicious balance of freshness and fruit.

CHATEAU DE LOUPIAC
Production: only 5000 bottles of 50cl.
We only sale the very best vintages available.
During the harvest, we only select the grapes with the perfect level of ripeness, from special vines aging 60 to 100 years, as they are the highest quality of the vineyard. The grapes are made into wine in special tanks. The wine is then kept in oak barrels for 12 months. We replace one third of our oak barrel stock annually.
At the end of the 12 months, Daniel Sanfourche after careful testing and tasting, decides whether this year’s wine is to be bottled and sold. Only the best of the best will be send to market.
Château de Loupiac offers a perfect balance of fruitiness and oak flavor, with delicious notes of vanilla and a hint of mentholated freshness.
This wine may be enjoyed immediately or it may be aged.
